Siisti huone ja mukava sänky. Huone oli kylmä ja naapurihuoneen melu kuului seinien läpi, jotka laskevat omaa arvosteluani. Mielestäni kuitenkin hintansa arvoinen hotelli.

The location was excellent when price is taken to account. There was about 15min walk to the all locations and stores were next to the hotel. Bed was comfortable. The hotelroom was not the same in the real life than in the pictures. It was a little bit dirty when we arrived. We found for example empty water bottles under the bed and there was strange stains on the carpet. Carpet on the floor was wet from some places when we arrived to the hotel room. There was two big dissappointments. First is the shower. The pressure of the shower was awful. Hopefully we had warm water. The biggest dissapointment was breakfast which cost 15€/person. It is not worth it. There were onky a few choices of to pick what to eat. Food which supposed to be warm were cold. Coffee tasted awful. Dishes were dirty. You could easily buy a way better freakfast for example for 2 mornings with 15€ rather than eat there. ALSO when we checked into the hotel the receptionist tried to charge us the breakfast peice again. We have paid it beforehand when reserving the hotel. After a little discussion the receptionist said that they had ” a problem in their system” why they did not see our paid breakfast. Finally we got the breakfast ticket. I think that they tried to recharge us again if we would have been softer.

Ihan ok pienellä budjetilla
Ensimmäinen huone haisi todella pahalle ja saimme onneksi huoneen vaihdettua vähemmän haisevaan. Huone piti maksaa käteisellä, vaikka respassa oli maksupäätteet. Aamupalavalikoima oli suppea ja ruoka kylmää. Sijainti hyvä ja hotelli rauhallinen, eikä kaupungin häly kantaudu huoneisiin.

Käteinen toimi ainoastaan
Vasta kun kirjauduimme sisään, he ilmoittivat ettei maksuvälineenä toimi kuin käteinen! Aamiainen oli kamala ja se tarjoiltiin epämukavasti kellarissa. Pääovea ei meinannut löytää ja respa ei ollut kutsuva ja tervetulleeksi toivottava. Huoneen pelasti huoneen korkea katto ja ilmastointi oli todella hyvä, mutta laskutasoja ja koukkuja olisi kaivannut kylpyhuoneeseen!

Se volete accontentarvi moooolto altrimenti lasciate perdere. In 4 giorni mai pulito la camera ne cambiati asciugamani, è un peccato perché l'albergo è in un bel palazzo e ha tutte le fermate dei mezzi pubblici vicino e la metro propio fuori dal portone.

The sign of the hotel is invisible from distance if arriving at night. The hotel didn’t do cleaning during our stay. We stayed here for four days. They cleaned the toilet and empty bin as our strong request in the last day. The standard of the hotel is very low based on 3 star rating.

Hotellet var under renovering och med de tillkom mycket höga ljud och allmänt icke-mysigt. Frukosten var allmänt dålig. Torrt bröd, bacon som knappt legat i stekpannan i 1 min, lite pålägg. Kallt kaffe. Duschen var jättevarm och gick inte att ändra temp. Hotellet har dock bra läge och ligger väldigt centralt. Bilder stämmer inte.

저렴한 가격에 훌륭한 위치에 있는 숙소에서 2박을 했다고 생각하여 크게 불만은 없으나, 전체적으로 시설과 숙박객에 대한 배려에서 조금 신경써야 할 것 같은 생각이 들었어요. 105호실에서 묵었는데, 다른 숙박객들이 맡긴 짐을 객실 문앞에 쌓아놔서 출입하는데 조금 불편했어요. 예민한 투숙객이었다면 호텔의 그런 무심함에 실망 많이 했을테지만, 저희 가족은 그냥 아무렇지 않게 생각하였습니다. 그 외에 배터리 커버가 없는 리모컨이라던지, 고정되지 않고 움직이는 샤워기라던지, 바로바로 새로 채워지지 않는 조식이라던지 등등 조금 신경 써서 운영하면 좋은 호텔이 될 것 같습니다...

Absolutely awful - breakfast was cold and was not refreshed, and accomodation is not clean. Had to move rooms due to strong smoke smell and was put in a worse room. They are not friendly to tourists and is not welcoming. I contacted them to express my dissatisfaction and they are avoiding my correspondences. AVOID!

I stayed 3 days at a reasonable price (for the quality) but when I asked to extend for a single day more I was quoted double the previous price. Even though a colleague had verified with the hotel the night before that this would be possible. I learned about the price change just 20 minutes before the 11am checkout time. When I asked for extra hour to pack, the desk clerk refused. Thus I had to crash pack, phone my colleague about the situation and wait for him for two hours while came from work to rescue me. Otherwise, the hotels rooms face an attractive interior courtyard. But there was also loud construction noise in the courtyard beginning early morning.

This hotel could be good but its staff is spoiling it it's attitude: cleaners do not clean, reception staff not at the place, breakfast staff does not take good care of the area. While the rooms are quite good (with plugs near the bed, good beding, electricity switches next to the bed, etc), we got the bed full of hair, stuff from previous guests under the bed, carpet was wet. Reception said that it's normal, everywhere happens and gave us other linens. We tried to get alternate place but Expedia support suggested just to find new property for 4X price. Overall I do not recommend to stay there

El hotel esta SUPER BIEN SITUADO pero la limpieza brilla por su ausencia. La habitacion no se limpio ni 1 dia, yo me quede 5 y como mucho me cambiaron las toallas. El baño estaba super sucio y olia mucho a polvo. El suelo tiene moqueta y con ver el baño ya no me queria imaginar lo que hubiera en el suelo. Las almohadas eran horribles pero la cama comoda. En el desayuno no tiene nada dulce y ni tostadora siquiera. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero las tienes tan mal cuidadas que ya no te parecen tan bonitas. Lo que tiene este hotel bueno es su ubicacion es EXCELENTE.

Un esperienza terribile! State alla larga da questo hotel! 1. Peli tra le lenzuola 2. Una mattina é mancata l’acqua calda per 30 minuti 3. Phon non funzionante 4. Personale scortese come mai visto prima 5. Per ben 3 volte abbiamo trovato delle valigie davanti la porta della nostra camera al punto da non poter uscire 6. Hanno minacciato di addebitare 61€ sulla carta perché hanno trovato la federa del cuscino sporca di rossetto 7. Colazione pessima perlopiù salata 8. Per tre volte abbiamo aspettato che la reception ci aprisse il portone per oltre 20 minuti 9. Abbiamo chiesto di parlare con il direttore e ci è stato SECCAMENTE NEGATO! All’ennesima nostra richiesta hanno minacciato di chiamare la Polizia e di farci lasciare l’hotel! ASSURDO

The hotel is located in close proximity to transport. The building itself is nice and charming. However, the bed sheets and towels weren't clean. The carpet on the floor was very dirty.

Location was good. Property is a complete scam! Terrible beds, extremely old towels and linens. Nothing works. I am platinum and no perks whatsoever. We had breakfast included and we didn’t even took it. We just ran from the place.
