"Staff was helpful - properly is not condition - microwave was not working , bathroom door was locked from inside and couldn’t open from inside - room floor was all sticky ! Beds were comfortable."

Garden Place Hotel
"My room was clean. However, looks like the hotel originally was very nice. Now rather worn out. Especially, the corridors/hallways. If they were cleaned and vacuumed ONCE A MONTH they would not be so FILTHY. Stains, dust, trash. I found a PILL on the but did not dare to touch it."

Sleep Inn & Suites Buffalo Airport
"Economical option near the airport. Free shuttle and very accommodating front desk staff. Room and hotel needed updates as things felt pretty tired with scuffed doors and walls, but the room was clean. The free breakfast was nice to have, but you get what you pay for."
