”From the moment we arrived all of the staff were lovely. The building was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing. Really lovely place and perfect location to explore the palace.”

”The refurbishing of this hotel is still in progress, therefore it is a bit noisy as construction starts around 7:30 a.m.. There is presently only one small bar/restaurant available for members and hotel guests for breakfast, lunch/dinner/drinks and it is overcrowded in the morning, and doesn't stay open longer to assist hotel guests (there are some pubs/restaurants nearby). Majority of staff is knowledgeable and helpful.”

”My husband and I spent 2 nights at The Swan Inn. The staff were all fantastic and the food at the restaurant was great. Having a breakfast cooked to order included in the price was a nice surprise. ”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
