”We had a lovely stay for 4 nights with 3 kids and our dog Butter. The location was amazing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the food at the restaurant. We also enjoyed a quiet moment at the little library. Will come back to stay again in the future!”
”The nicest place to stay in! The service, the room, the comfiest bed, the perfect breakfast! Five minutes walk to the peaceful riverside where you can walk or half an hour with the train and you’re in the middle of hustle and bustle. And after a busy day in the city you can come back, have a nice dinner, maybe a pint and you’re already in your accommodation! ”
”Friendly welcome and a lovely room. No parking but you can park at another pub/hotel down the road for £10 per night. No breakfast either but there’s a couple of cafes in town. When I booked this it was for an event at Hampton Court Palace- it’s further away than suggested (30-40 min walk). Hampton Wick has a few pubs (including this one) and they’re all nice. Would stay here again.”
”I chose this Hotel due to the location for a visit to Hampton Court Palace. It was only a short drive to the Palace and Richmond, great local pubs !
Couldn’t fault the Hotel, fantastic breakfasts, fabulous gardens and friendly staff.
Room was comfortable and clean and Bathroom well stocked with toiletries etc.
We would definitely visit here again.

”The apartment was clean and spacious, with a suitable location. The kitchen was clean with enough utensiles. The towels, bedsheet and toilet were clean and we were comfortable to use them without doubt. To our surprise, there were two fans which gave us good comfort during the hot summer. The only down side was that the pan and saucepan were a bit old. A new set will be good. Also, a few more cutting knives will be convenient. Lastly, a few more hooks in the toilets to let us place our towels...
”The building (outside) is the ugliest in Kingston (and that means something as Kingston is not exactly attractive), but once inside it is quite okay.

”This is a perfect accommodation when exploring both Richmond and London. The tube station is just few minutes away and takes roughly 45mins to central London.
The hotel itself is so well managed; everything super clean and neat. Service was outstanding all the way. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but coffee was good :)
The room itself was very small, but we dod not need much more space as we mainly just slept there.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit London, but...

A perfect twin bed room with everything you need, all clean & comfortable.The staff were absolutely fantastic so welcoming and helpful. One amazing lady stands out Alecja you made the birthday girls feel very special thank you. What an asset you are to the business. Highly recommend a stay here.”

"Edullinen hotelli lähellä metroasemaa ja siten myös lähellä Heathrow lentoasemaa. Huone oli tällä kertaa pieni ja hiukan ahtaantuntuinen kahdelle henkilölle. Ympäristö ei myöskään ole parasta Lontoota. Aamupala ei mitenkään monipuolinen, mutta siihen hintaan täysin OK."
"4 stars for this hotel is way too much...the room smelled for mould. It was dark and corridors felt like "redrum". But absolutely worst part was the restaurant. Even though in the evening it was half-empty, it took over half 'n' hour to get the food. Yet once we got it fries were cold and daughter's pasta was swimming in butter though it was supposed to be some sort of a cream pasta. I'm not a cook but that had nothing to do with cream pasta. Neither waitress nor manager paid any attention to our claims. Same nonexisting service continued on breakfast. I could add that we had to fight for pur breakfast because there was hardly anything to serve. Worst hotel I've experienced for long time and I travel a lot..."
