Very convenient location close to the airport. Room was clean, good bed and pillows. Surprisingly quiet. Average breakfast, go elsewhere for coffee. the property looks a bit rundown.

The host was very attentive answered text and phone call. Close to RIT for attending a graduation ceremony. Very clean, stairs are very steep for mobility impaired. Bathroom is on the main floor with bedrooms upstairs.
