”Highly recommended hotel with good facilities. Rooms are excellent but the duvet was a little thin for a cold night. We did ask for extra bottled water but never received it. ”

”Really like our stay. Everything was clean, nice and quite luxurious. The front desk was accommodating and friendly. We thought the room was nice but a little on the small size. No room for any kind of luggage. Loved the bathroom. One problem that the hotel can’t be held responsible for was the very noisy crowd going by our room until after 2 am. It seemed like a younger crowd coming or going across the river. Kept us up. Loved the city. ”

”The hotel is one of our go to hotels when visiting Bristol but the adjacent NCP car park doesn't inspire confidence when solo walking after parking. ”
”Really lovely apartment and in a convenient location for getting to where we need to be. Although there are instructions about parking, it's pay & display and you can only stay in one place for 3 hours at a time, so it's worth looking up somewhere separate to leave your car (we had done this in advance so wasn't a problem for us).
We had a problem staying connected to the wi-fi, my husband works in IT so was able to fix this, but probably needs looking into further by the owners. Also the...
”Huone ja sänky olivat hyviä, saunatilat taas ainakin suomalaiselle kelvottomat. Ja höyrysauna ei edes toiminut. Yleisilme hotellissa oli viihtyisä ja siisti, hotellin ravintola oli tyylikäs, ruoka hotelliruoaksi ihan ok. Alaikäisen työntekijän käyttö baarissa oli vähän outoa, koska hän ei voinut tarjoilla, piti odottaa aikuista paikalle.”
