Most of the staff were welcoming and professional. They were very protective of their guests which I like very much. Safety of guests was one of their main priorities. The hotel was very clean. It is located in a good area which is less than five minutes drive from Cairo International Airport. Food was above average. Work seems to be taking place at the hotel during the day so it was very noisy. Overall, my stay was good.

I had a great stay at Le Passage. The rooms were very clean, the staff was friendly, and the amenities were excellent. The location was perfect and close to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and nice stay.

There are multiple restaurants to chose from that are open late. Lots of grounds just for the hotel to walk around after eating a good meal, no need to leave the property. Only negative comment I have is the casino wasn't open. I was staying for a layover and was hoping to lose some money playing cards to relax. Other than that, great place to stay. When I come back to Cairo I will probably stay here.

I liked how the hallways had diffusers to freshen the smell of the space and also the mini lounge on the premier floor where I stayed. However, the 24hrs buffet restaurant needs a lot of upgrading. The staffs didn’t cover their mouths and were talking over the food and I always had to order alarcate instead of eating from the buffet. Poor hygiene with food.

You must manage your own luggage, be prepared for everyone to have their hand out for tips, for doing nothing, and don't expect to just tip in EGP, they don't want EGP they want US Dollars. You might think you are in Egypt, but everyone wants US dollars. They will quote you prices in US dollars and frown if you have EGP, their country's currency. Do not expect any customer service. Expect to not be able to check in until late, and you will be pushed out of your room early! The fruit bowl you might expect from a 5 star hotel will be rotten. Better get breakfast in the short window they provide, or else you will wait and wait to get a breakfast box! Don't expect any level of customer care or service, other than from the random trainee, who hasn't yet been broken into the way they run this "motel"-style transient stopover.

Difficult to sleep
Ask to be accommodated in a room far from room keeping service and far from hall. Continuous check in and out and noise from personnel operating at any hour. This hotel is close to airport so many people use it as base for short stay and arrive and leave frequently.

Every thing was perfect the room ready when we arrived at 2am and the people were all there and help me Many thanks to Martina George who took care of us. It was a very nice room and everything was very clean and perfect It’s my 6e time and yes I will come back The guy from the shuttle was there on time as we scheduled Thanks to the hotel and I suggest to everyone to come here
