”All round unique stay. Amazingly attentive staff. Neighbourhood walks were a stand out. Rode one of their electric bikes and went across the golden gate to Sausalito. ”

”We were warmly welcomed by a host. Beds were comfy and breakfast served on a table behind the door was convenient. Location was great, quiet neighborhood and close to the park. Would be nice to have a toaster in room for breakfast bagels.”

”Rooms were clean and included a very nice kitchen facility. The one missing item was Kleenex or equivalent tissues. It was a rainy evening, and the noise of traffic on a wet road was quite loud, albeit acting as white noise for getting to sleep. The staff was great. ”

”It has good location on quiet street. Free parking. Excellent service on front desk. The hotel was dated, but pretty clean. Earplugs are must. Breakfast is free, it includes coffee, bread, eggs and cereals. The hotel bit pricey for value, but i think in SF it might be difficult to find good hotels for decent price. Overall this is OK place for few days stay ”

”Nice and clean rooms. Although the shower was clogged, the hotel's personnel was very efficient on fixing it. Room service was also fast and efficient on our needs. The rooms smelled really nice and were very very clean. The location is also a good point, near by the touristic part of lombard st, the Marina, and full if public transportation around.”

”Parking was safe secure and with ease. Lots of shops, restaurants, coffee places, parks and beautiful views nearby. Not to mention San Francisco "crookedest street in the world" is on Lombard Street, the same street as the hotel. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Rooms are very cozy but would be more comfortable if the hotel would change its old rug. Overall, I would definitely stay here again whenever I visit San Francisco.”
