Good hotel for a family trip
Travelling with kids and during summer, the pool is one of the most important things and in this hotel it worked well. We had a junior suite with balcony facing the garden which was excellent. Room is very comfortable with good beds and spacious bathroom and luxury walk-in-closet:) Breakfast was very good. We also ate few times lunch by the pool and it was good. The rooftop grill was a bit disappointment, so we ate there only once. We had car and the parking worked very well at the hotel. Superstore very near the hotel was good to get some water, snacks for the day trips by car. Lucca very near, Pisa a must to visit and can also recommend Cinque Terre which also not that far. Pool, day trip and evening back at the pool - we enjoyed! Very clean, comfortable and enough privacy for a lovely family vacation. Can recommend highly!

Outstanding, lovely and peace full family hotel
We are family with two teens and stayed 5 nights in three room suite. Once again we made a great choice with hotel. Rooms were clean, nice and beds were outstanding. You also had option to choose the pillow you like! Even kids had their own single and great beds. We had huge balcony which we enjoyed. Even it was a top of the restaurant, no noise what so ever. We also had kitchen with all needed for cooking. Free parking - PLUS! Hotel area is closed so car is safe also. Breakfast was included and it was good with lots of different options. Nice tables in and outside of the restaurant. Big pool with lifeguard all day. Service with towels to go to the beach or being at pool. Beach was located the other side of the road. Actually the garden with full of flowers and trees was the best view instead of mass of people at the beach. Hotel had lots of bikes to borrow for free and we did use them. They also checked them every morning to make sure those were working. Only complain is REALLY SLOW WiFi. After five nights I felt that this hotel definitely care about customers and serve them with all respect. No need to hesitate, even you invest a bit more on your staying.

Excellent for families
Excellent location and a peaceful hotel enviroment. Service was good, excellent breakfast. It was very hard to get the personnel to understand that we preferred to have separate sheets and blankets (they call it german beds!) Too much chemicals used when cleaning the rooms.

Struttura ben organizzata e ampia che da sul lungomare. Dotata di privacy e di ogni comfort, dalla palestra alla spa alla piscina alle zone verdi che contornano la struttura. Sehr komfortables Hotel, versperrter Parkplatz beim Hotel, überdurchschnittlich reichliche Auswahl beim Frühstück, luxuriöse Zimmer mit großem Balkon, komfortables Bett, Bad mit Badewanne, exzellentes WiFi, auch deutsches TV, Minibar snacks, Spa Bereich (Sauna,Dampfbad,Innenpool ca 12*4m) vorhanden aber eher klein. (Allerdings ist auch ein ansprechend großer Aussenpool Mai-Sept vorhanden)

An excellent hotel with super service. It was easy to get to from Pisa and allowed a day trip to Florence. The fixtures and fittings were superior and the grounds were very well maintained. We enjoyed our daily breakfasts and sundowners on the terrace of our room. We would certainly return!

I loved everything about this property. The beach is very close, max 10 minutes walk. As I was here mid October, the beach was quiet,empty and beautiful. The breakfast was great, both the food and the environment. You can eat in the inside area or outside, both very pleasant. You really find everything you need in terms of food and drinks. We were upgraded to an apartment. While it faced the back of the property, we didn't really mind. It was very pleasant with a massive balcony. The shower was good. With a bath and not a shower cabin but that was fine. There was a washing machine there, a dishwasher in the kitchen. Big TV, comfortable bed, large storage space. The outside and also surrounding areas are also beautiful, palm trees lead you out from the hotel area almost straight to the beach. The parking is spacious. The staff was very helpful. A separate mention goes to the roof restaurant. We checked it during the day, nothing is there as it's closed but the view is great and it was so nice just sitting there in the sun. Then it's tranformed in the evening and it's a very cosy restaurant. The prices are not cheap but also expected. Very polite and professional service, great food. I also tried the wellness area which was very nice and clean. The pool area outside is also great. I loved everything and I just wished I could have stayed a bit longer. p.s.Pisa is about 30mins drive if you can drag yourself away from this fantastic hotel.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. When we checked in, we were given a horrible room on the first floor that faced a wall. We were also next to a family with a baby who would not stop crying. When we asked for a room change, the front desk simply said "the baby will not cry for 24 hours straight" and then proceeded to tell me they could not change our room because they were "booked over the weekend". However, our reservation was from Tuesday through Saturday? I don't understand. Then, we had a problem with the AC unit not working in our room. They brought maintenance in after 10pm to try and fix it. Luckily it was temporarily over night fix. Overall, we were not pleased with the service of this hotel and would not recommend staying here.

Bon hôtel 4 étoiles
Excellent et souriant service multilingue à la réception. Nous avons été surclassés dans un appartement salon/1 ch à coucher. Très grand, propre, immense terrasse mais pas de vue sur ce côté de l hôtel. L environnement est calme, le jardin bien entretenu et la piscine plutôt grande avec assez de chaises longues ( mi-septembre). Parking gratuit. Rooftop bar à une vue magnifique, bon choix de cocktails. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, de très bonne qualité, tout le monde y trouvera son compte. Tout le personnel est serviable et souriant, merci à eux. Les points à améliorer: le coffre-fort est dans une armoire au sol! Il faut se coucher parterre pour l utiliser, une aberration, surtout pour des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. L accès à l ouverture des portes fenêtres est entravée par des meubles et le rideau occultant collé. L ouverture exigeait d ailleurs beaucoup de force.

In der Nebensaison war es schön ruhig, der Strand ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite schnell erreicht und war auch dank Nebensaison relativ leer. Man muss aber hohe Nebenkosten am Strand für Liege und Sonnenschutz einplanen!

Rengøringen - 10. Morgenmad - 10, både mad og betjening var i top. Restaurant/service - 7, der var våde hynder ved poolrestauranten, salt og peber var tomme, og blev aldrig fyldt op. Samarbejdet mellem tjenerne, var ikke synligt, så enten manglede vi det ønskede, ellers blev vi spurgt flere gange om samme ting. Værelserne - 9, dog ærgerligt at der på værelserne blev reklameret for ekstra service så som exfollierene produkter / badesalt, men dette var ikke bestilt hjem, og kom slet ikke. Lidt for dyrt i forhold til niveau. Men alt i alt en dejlig oplevelse.

Tuscany beach experience is amazing.
Positive: bed / room / coffee machine / breakfast/ bathroom / landmark / pool and gym / location / staff and service. Negative: the pool bar food is very limited , and the curtains and shades in room is only 80% when it is sunshine. Please fix the curtain and the issue . Suitable for couples and families.

Excellent hotel
Sejour fantastique ! Excellent hotel 4 étoiles. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Appartement très vaste et propre. Le petit déjeuner est gargantuesque, on y trouve tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer et c'est excellent. La piscine est grande. Le spa est très agréable. Seul petit bémol: il n'y a pas de club de plage propre à l'établissement mais 15% de réduction pour la location d'un transat sur la plage auprès de clubs privés partenaires (alors que les photos laissent penser le contraire).

Notre séjour à Versilia Lido UNA Esperienze a été superbe. L'endroit est calme, les jardins sont beaux, le petit déjeuner de qualité, et le personnel des plus courtois et gentil. Nous voulons remercier en particulier Elena (à la réception) qui a réglé notre demande à la vitesse de l'éclair et avec grand professionnalisme. Merci à Jessica pour son affabilité ainsi qu'à Alessio. Nous reviendrons l'an prochain et recommanderons l'hôtel à nos amis.

Das Nachtessen im Restaurant bei der Roof Top Bar war nicht befriedigend. Das Rindsfilet war sehr fein. Nach 3x nachfragen haben wir das Gemüse erhalten und der Kräuterbutter, der gemäss Karte ebenfalls dabei gewesen wäre, war nicht erhältlich. Die Pommes, die wir anstelle des Jacked Potatoe bestellt hatten, wurden zum vollen Preis zusätzlich verrechnet. Die Einzelbetten konnten nicht bereit gestellt werden. Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt aber in Ordnung.

Versilia Lido is a perfect spot for Italian holidays. Hotel is located next to a beach with fantastic beach clubs and very close to many beautiful towns like Lucca, Pietrasanta or Cinque Terre making it perfect spot for exploration. The hotel roof top bar and restuarant is it true secret with amazing food and even more amazing drinks, it's a perect spot to relax while watching beautiful sunsets. Diego and Daniele are looking after all guest making sure you have the best dinining experiece and the cocktails prepared by Daniele are to die for. For breakfast there is good variety of options even if you have food intolerances. Reception staff is super helpful and can provide great tips about the local area and they are happy to assist when you need help. We have recived great support when our car broke down from Jessica, Elena and Mateo who helped with all the arrangements and took all the presure from us so we could still enjoy our holiday withtout a worry. Rooms are comfortable, clean and specious. On the top of all of that there are complimentary tennis courts and bikes available to all guests. We had a great time at Versilia Lido, what made our stay so special is very passionate and carring team.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel which had fabulous pool facilities. My only complaint which has nothing to do with the hotel but the area was that taxis were ridiculously expensive along with the beach. 57 euros for a beach tent and beds is extortionate for two people for one day!
