”We were greeted by Chris when we checked in after long day exploring Cotswold. We decided to stay in and booked a reservation for dinner. Very low energy and not that helpful. Receptionist the following day was really helpful. Also some confusion with our room being cleaned on our second day, it was cleaned and we vacated the room from 10:15am until around 15:30pm. Plenty of time for the room to be cleaned but it wasn’t.
