disappointing all-inclusive experiences.Check-In Nightmare:We arrived around 11 AM and had to wait until 2:30 PM to check in.There were no comfortable places to sit only a hard tiled bench and the reception area had no air conditioning, which made the wait even worse. To top it off, the check-in line was massive and extremely disorganized. Confusing Layout with No Guidance: The resort is huge, which might seem like a good thing, but itâs poorly organized.No one gives you a tour or explains how anything works.The bellboy who showed us to our room was very kind and helpful, but aside from him, we were left to figure everything out ourselves.Old Rooms & Limited Elevators:The room itself was clean but very outdated. Getting to the room was another issue altogether there are only two tiny elevators serving a large building, and during busy times, we had to wait in line just to use them.
Food & Dining Issues:I booked the basic package, which only included access to two buffets and a few snack options. A few other restaurants were technically available, but only by reservation and good luck getting one. The quality of the food was terrible. Even basic items like burgers and hot dogs tasted strange and artificial. The beef was often undercooked, and overall the meals were unappetizing. Around the pools, staff at the grills were handling food with bare hands and clearly looked overworked and overheated, with no gloves, no proper sanitation, and no amenities to help them cope with it
