Good location next to the Ado bus terminal
The location next to the Ado bus terminal is very convenient if youÂŽre coming from an airport by bus or traveling somewhere else in Mexico. We stayed one night because of this reason and it was a very good place for that. Little bit noise from other rooms and toilet definitely not something that you would want to share with a "stranger" due to non existing door.

Good for a night's stay
Good location if you're just traveling through. Clean and comfortable bed. Pool looked nice though we didn't use it. Reception personel doesn't speak english and aren't very service-oriented. Breakfast was excellent though a little pricey.

Hotel was near Ado bus station and easy to take local bus to the hotel zone and beach. Clean and comfort room. Curtains were too thin and they didn't keep room dark.

Good location!
Peaceful hotel in down town next to bus station and shops. Staff was ok and a few spoke even English, rooms has many problems. I changed rooms many times, because air condition or TV do not worked.

No elevator. Room wihout windows or external view. Very old building. Only 2 towels in bathroom for a 3 people reservation (no hand towel, no feet towel). Useless pillows. But I liked the private parking area and the pool and hot water in the shower. Nice air conditioning. I guess you get what you pay.

The main goal for me and family was to sleep over night. This is not the first time and probably not the last one. I like it is in front the bus station (ADO) which is the main reason for me. There are some few places to eat but donnto ex0ect good restaurants. The hotel is aged and their best times are long gone. Clean enough but nothing above average. If you look a simple place to sleep and fine to simole food. Here is the place.

You can hear music all night long since it’s very close to what seems to be a stadium. We stayed during the weekdays. The staff does not listen to you and will talk over you. Have no empathy. We had a few walk into our suite with out prior notice and just say oops. We did not request any house keeping nor were we told they would be entering at anytime during our stay. The property will not take any responsibility for reservations made outside rather than directly done with them or so they said. Dream vacation turned into a very annoyed and stressful time. The entrance is very difficult to find if walking unless you’ve been there and know where to go.

Das Personal war sehr bemĂŒht. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war begrenzt aber dafĂŒr sehr lecker. Privatparkplatz hinter dem GebĂ€ude. Die Anöage ganz schön. Das Zimmer war sehr heruntergekommen und verschimmelt aufgrund sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit. Im Bad lief das Wasser die Fliesen herunter. Kein Tageslicht. Das einzige Fenster war zum Innenhof und voll mit Pflanzen. Der Geruch war auch nicht schön. Ich wĂŒrde es nicht nochmal buchen.

We chose this hotel so we could walk to ADO bus station in the early morning. The pool and grounds are lovely; however poorly kept, run down and dirty. Our room didn’t have any window covering; however staff was able to fix that upon our request. The room was disgusting. The smell was awful, the bed sheets had clearly not been changed in one of the two beds and we found food or fluid on the sheets. The room looked like a jail cell. I would never recommend this hotel room, even for one night. Go to the one of the hostels in the area- they are cleaner.
