â10/10!! I had a wonderful stay for my birthday. From the beautiful view to the amazing staff. I highly recommend booking preferred because the lounge and twelfth floor private access was the best! Room service and buffet was also great, no complaints there. Special shoutout to âPabloâ a staff member at the steak house on the 12th floor, he made us feel like we were at home. I highly recommend asking for him as your waiter if you get the opportunity to visit this beautiful place. I will...

âLove the friendly staff, could do without the time share people but the werenât too pushy this time. Shout out to the Kids club staff Ana and Itzel as well as the receptionist with glasses. They were al friendly and helpful. We loved the dinners at the Mexican and Italian restaurant and wait staff was on point as well. If you go to the Mexican restaurant ask for Angel, he does an awesome Carajillo drink. We will beback!â
