”Our holiday was amazing and a big thanks for that belongs to our hotel. The overall experience was so luxurious and we felt that everything was always considered from customer point of view. Entire hotel area was so beautiful and well managed and the service was top quality. All our love to the hotel employees - they made our time there unforgettable!”
”Heti alkuun on todettava, että hotellin kaikki toiminnot oli mietitty loppuun saakka ja henkilökunnan palvelualttius oli loistavaa tasoa. All in clusive paketilla oli saatavilla hyvin monipuoliset juoma- ja ruokatarjoilut.
Uima-allas ja viheralueet olivat todella hyvin hoidetut. Yksi uima-altaista oli varattu pelkästään aikuisille, mutta muissa altaissa ei ollut rajoituksia. Tarjoilijat kiersivät kyselemässä allasalueilla, onko tarvetta juomille, joten palvelu oli ensiluokkaista.

”En dehors d un ecolodge très bien entretenu, l accueil est extraordinaire. Antoine le gérant des lieux et toute son équipe savent prendre soin de leur hôtes. Nous sommes très loin des grands hôtels où le client n est qu un numéro de chambre… alors bravo à toute l équipe et au plaisir d y séjourner de nouveau. ”
”Accueil chaleureux et vraiment sympathique mais personne ne parlait français quand nous sommes arrivés. Dès deux côtés l'anglais était approximatif mais nous y sommes arrivés.
Très grand appart fort agréable (manque de luminosité et de luminaires dommage).
Cependant la 3eme personne dort sur le canapé... J'avais lu les avis mais bon il faut le voir pour le croire...des trous et des bosses, une horreur. La responsable le lendemain vous dit que c'est normal et que si on met un plaid ça suffit...et...

Mégots dans le cendrier de la terrasse de la chambre.
À l intérieur des gâteaux apéritifs sur le sol .
La sale de bain les toilettes sont sale excréments et cheveux .
Pas de serviettes non plus .
Et le pire se font les draps du lit pas changé plein de taches , souillé, oils et cheveux à volonté, une horreur .
Je redescends a la réception on nous change de chambre.
Pas mieux .
Le lendemain deux personnes d une soixantaine d années...

Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. ”
”Olimme lomalla puolisoni kanssa. Hotellissa oli paljon erilaisia aktiviteettejä, sekä ohjelmaa joka päivä niin paljon. Oli tenniskenttää, padelkenttää, petankia, pingistä, ulkoilmaleffa, sisällä leffateatteri, lentopalloa ja sali. Henkilökunta oli aivan mahtavaa erityisesti Reedoo, joka oli meidän pelastava enkeli. Auttoi varaamaan matkoja saarille ja oli todella ystävällinen. Anadiel, teki uskottomia drinkkejä ja oli mukava tutustua häneen. David antoi tosi hyvää palvelua meille ravintoloissa...
”Sievä pieni hotelli suht kätevän bussi/kävelymatkan päässä Grand Baystä. Odotimme kuitenkin hiukan enemmän hyvien arvostelujen ja hinnan perusteella. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja aamiainen oli hyvä (tosin tarjoiluja sai hieman odotella). Parvekkeellinen huone oli ok ja siisti, mutta ilmastointilaite melko äänekäs ja suihkusta oli hankala saada sopivan lämpöistä vettä tulemaan. Hotellin oma illallinen oli herkullinen, vaikkakin kallein mitä saarella söimme. Rannalle on jonkin verran...

"We were quite dissappointed in our stay at LUX. Based on their marketing, we were expecting top-notch service and lots of activities. The reality was not that glamorous. For example, during our 5-day stay, there was only 1 outdoor movie and no indoor movies for adults. We received our room 3 hours late because of maintenance issues (AC and phone not working). It smelled very strongly of paint (they were painting the room next door) but when asked, we could not switch the room because of that. There were also a lot of problems during checkout and the communication between different LUX employees was really bad (someone promised a late checkout, the other called that we need to leave the room early, we were charged too much, etc.). On a positive note, the food at the hotel restaurants was good and there was always room in the multiple pools and beaches. However, be aware that even with dinner included, drinks will be charged. A carafe of water costs 5€, which is quite a lot considering you can't really avoid drinking it. A small coke is 6€, which also seems too steep. There are no stores close by. We would not recommend this hotel as you can find a lot better options at Mauritius even with lower budget."
