Very nice home close to the beach. There are lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance as well. We enjoyed coffee on the porch in the mornings and the kids loved all the beach time.

I have nothing bad to say about this property. The location is on the "main drag" and so close to everything I needed. I have a dog and we were right across the street from a grassy area. Cozy Cottage - quaint and comfy - 5 blocks to the beach, 1 block to Mason Ave.
Cape Charles is adorable - as was this cottage! Super clean with all amenities needed. Would def come back!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The listing is accurate and the property owners are great. We had a few minor issues while there but the owners were very quick to respond. We plan on staying here again in the future and would recommend it to anybody looking to visit Cape Charles.
