”Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

”Refrigerator/microwave/air conditioning didn’t work and associate was unable to switch towards another room although it was brought to their attention on multiple occasions. Clean environment friendly staff just poor critical thinking skills ”

”Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Air conditioning work very good. Shower unit could use some corner shelves to put soap, shampoo, and other toiletries. ”

”The front attendant was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was quiet despite the fact that a large group of students was staying. The decor was Interesting but the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was standard but the coffee was actually good. Very close to William and Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. Great value for the price. Would definitely stay there again.”

”It took an hour to check in to the property, and with small kids that is not ideal. The pool was so crowded and the chlorine was so strong it burned our skin. Also, housekeeping rang the doorbell and woke us all up at 9am when we had a 12pm checkout. Not a good experience. ”

”We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice.”

”Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

”We had the best stay at this resort. Our room was exceptional … newly renovated, spacious, very clean and comfortable. The unit was very well stocked with everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the area and the town of Williamsburg is gorgeous. We will definitely return in the future. ”

”Everything was fine except my room had a thin shade that let the light in, so I had a hard time sleeping. I would’ve switched rooms, but I checked in around midnight and was exhausted.”
