”The lobby had trash overflowing on the floor by the door as soon as you walked in. The outside of the hotel was not maintained. Bushes overgrown and the outside looked as it hadn't been cleaned or kept up in years. Water damage on the wall behind the receptionist in the lobby. Then they said they didn't serve breakfast in the breakfast bar and that only a light breakfast of muffins and juice would be served in the lobby in the morning. Not enough parking spots so they were having guests park in...

”The breakfast was not well supplied and overcrowded. The room was only partially made up and supplied on the only one day in a three-day stay.”

”Overall the property was clean. Fun for kids. But in the meantime. It was one thing that I didn't like.my room was in the 1st floor. Around 11 pm I was tired. Went to my room to get some rest. But I couldn't due to kids running too hard on the top of my room. What realy drive me nuts is that it last for over an hour. And no one said anything about it .they should have some noise policy. Really too bad”

”Loved the property but it’s a time share property and we couldn’t get our keys to our room without talking to someone. We were not interested and were in a rush to check in and head out. Didn’t like the fact we had to explain ourselves to get our keys and NOT feel pressured to sit and listen to a presentation. We also didn’t know we couldn’t get fresh towels that we had to wash our own due to having laundry facilities inside our room. We really only slept there and were busy out and about, not...

”Staff was very nice and attentive. Clean towels were provided, room was clean. There are some renovations going on so that has the outside kind of sketchy looking but it was an overall great stay.”

”The staff allowed us to drop our luggage off before check-in so we could go off to do other things and that was nice. The mattress was fairly comfortable and the air conditioning worked fine. Otherwise it was an unpleasant experience. The room was dark and dingy. The furnishings were worn out…the easy chair had stained fabric, the bed sheet had a hole in it, and the handle on the folding door to the bath was missing. The TV produced a message stating that the streaming contract was expired so...

”I would never stay at this hotel again. The property was extremely dirty, poorly maintained, and had a terrible odor throughout the building. The room and common areas smelled awful, making the stay very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the hotel advertised amenities that simply did not exist. There was no swimming pool and no fitness center, despite these being listed when I booked my stay. This felt misleading and dishonest. The front desk staff was also incredibly rude and unhelpful....

”Sadly we only had a short stay and didn't get to take advantage of the wonderful amenities available to us between our short stay and rain. The grounds were lovely, the room was clean and well sized, everything was as advertised. There is a lot to do on site including daily scheduled activities. We would choose to stay here again if we return to the area.”

”If you have children, this place is amazing. There is a game room at a pool and daily activities. The rooms are very spacious and having two bathrooms is quite unexpected. I would give this place five stores across the board except that I feel the air-conditioning units are a bit outdated. They’re very noisy while they work well they make sleep a bit difficult.
