”Great stay, clean and inviting space. Thanks for a great space away from home; will definietly book again.”

”I was disappointed. The kitchen was not stocked as stated and we had no access to washer that is in the profile. My granddaughter eats on the run and we had no broom to clean up after her. The rooms were adequate and the yard was pleasant. For what I spent I shouldn’t have had to run out for anything. When I spoke to Reggie when we arrived the issue of cleaning supplies seemed to be of no concern for cleaners come in after we leave but what bout while we were there if it is expected that quests...

”Very comfortable and clean! Great place to stay!”

”We were in town for a family birthday celebration. Before booking, we looked at the area hotels and they were all either very expensive, or, had terrible reviews. This was just what we needed for an overnight stay - clean, nice neighborhood, private entrance and property and easy parking right out front.”

”Very clean, modern and comfortable. Host was helpful and a great communicator. We will definitely stay again! ”

”Had plenty of room and close to where we needed to be. It was clean and easy to check in and out. Ample street parking. I would definitely use this place again if I’m back in the area.”

”Here for our Daughter’s wedding and despite having limited sightseeing time we had a blast!! The house was very nice with a great view of the water and easy walking distance to downtown Cold Spring Harbor. Downtown Huntington was about a 5 minute drive away with plenty more action including microbreweries and restaurants. Our hosts were fantastic and we hope to get up there again soon.”

”Easy check in, plenty of room, will stay again”

”Great location to the beach, owner was extremely nice. My family had a great time.”

”Lovely property. Comfortable. Great outdoor space ”

”Apartment is fabulous and great for an overnight near the city. It was spotless and homey. Very convenient and safe neighborhood with plenty of on street parking. All the amenities we needed including TV in every room. All air-conditioner in good working condition.”

”Understand that this was during The Ryder Cup and cost was up, but no matter what was paid there are some issues with the property everyone should understand if they plan to reserve. This is an old house that has not been refreshed or well maintained. It was not professionally cleaned before our arrival. Linens were fresh and clean, but the kitchen, fridge, floors and cabinets are dirty. We found pills under side tables for example. One room locks with a pad lock and key. The bathroom door...

”What an awesome smart house with so many amenities and things to do! I grew up in that house so it’s really awesome to be able to come back to visit and stay in that house!!”

”Room was clean and had everything you needed for a quick two night stay.”
