”Upon arrival, the first room assigned to me was not properly cleaned. There was uneaten food, open beverage containers, bottles and cans, dirty socks on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, and debris throughout the room. Due to the unacceptable condition of the room, I requested to be moved. Unfortunately, the second room presented additional issues. There were no towels available, and throughout my stay it was unnecessarily difficult to obtain basic amenities despite multiple requests....

”They give us a room with people inside.. the front desk is not helpful at all her name is Cindy.. She said that she didn't know room still occupied unbelievable!!! Cannot trust them . Giving keys to the room that still occupied with other guests. I asked for the manager and unfortunately manager is off weekends 😒 . (That's why she is not paying attention with guest 🙄) .”

”The room had a very weird smell to it. The bed had only a very cheap and thin blanket. The pillows were uncomfortable because they were lumpy. We had to leave our reservation early because my husband got bit by a spider 2 nights in a row, causing his hands and face to swell.”

”My stay here was amazing. The breakfast was great. The Room was absolutely clean and you can cook inside!! During the time in the room. I did not hear any noise at all, slept like a baby. I would definitely stay here again!”

”Would not stay there again. They charge to park $15 a night, in a parking lot that is shared by another hotel and two restaurants. There are signs posted all around that state that you are parking at your own risk. There were very limited amenities in the room, no coffee packets one day and then only decaf coffee packets in the room another day. Overall it was not a great stay. Would not recommend.”
