Hotel charged too much, bad customer service.

"Pros: The view from the window was great. Room was quite large for hotel in Manhattan. Cons: The person in the reception was rude and not helpful at all. Hotel is outdated and needs maintenance. They made an unrecognized 200§ charge to my credit card and their customer service is driving me crazy. ..."
