”Weird bug fell on my girlfriend’s head while she was using the bathroom. And around the bottom of the bed there’s these aluminum pieces of strips that make noise when you get on the bed or move around.”

”The customer service at the front desk was horrible.. I booked a room with the fridge and unfortunately had to beg the maintenance guy to bring us a fridge once again the front desk guy had a horrible attitude.”

”Rude staff only thing new about the rooms is the tv and you can’t watch anything they don’t even have basic cable and their prices are outrageous. The new remodeled rooms are not available for anyone who shows up to the property. They’re all for online reservations only.”
