”Nice and clean hotel. Looked new, only issue is it seems like the walls were thin. Could hear the people in the next room talking. Other than that a very clean place to stay.”

However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again.”

”We spent five days here. The hotel is ok, the rooms are clean, the cleaning staff are very friendly and everything works. The breakfast is completely sufficient though a little repetitive after a few days. There's a train track nearby making some noise at night. The noise insulation towards the corridor is poor. Things they could improve include the distant and aloof check-in person who made no eye contact with the customer at any point. The employee who explained to the handyman how...

”Jacuzzi does not work and hasn't worked in months apparently so you will not be able to use it. Rooms are kind of small and crowded. Very old and dark aesthetically. Breakfast was very limited.”

”Just ok for airport transit. Breakfast was marketed as continental breakfast but it was nothing more than yogurt, bagel, waffle and banana. Room have strong smell of cleaning material used and there were several strands of hair in the bathroom. Bath tub was a bit slippery which could pose risk to older people or children.”

”We loved this hotel for the price and location . It wasn’t a five star hotel but I gave it five stars on the review . It was beautiful, on the metro line and the staff were so nice and helpful.”

”The room was on the small side but had everything I needed for a solo trip. A luggage stand would be a nice addition. There was a glitch when I checked in, the agent apparently forgot to finish registering me and when I tried to log into the wife my name was not found. This was rectified the following day. Overall: good value for the money.”
