”Excellent location and service ”

”I stayed for two nights. In the first night at 2am they started to drill the walls in the building, impossible to sleep. The drilling continued for about 30 minutes. In the second night they started the same at 10pm but luckily stopped after I called the reception. ”

”Lovely staff, they were very helpful, food was awesome especially breakfast. Rooms was lovely with a balcony. The swimming pool was great really enjoyed using the pool and chilllng poolside”

”Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. ”

”I’m surprised the ratings for this hotel were a 6. It doesn’t deserve that. This is a very nice hotel with a convenient location near the pyramids and the national museum. The aesthetics are nice and the pool is lovely. The food is excellent however the staff doing room service really needs classes in English. Or change the menu to number options.
