The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk.

”I stayed for two nights. In the first night at 2am they started to drill the walls in the building, impossible to sleep. The drilling continued for about 30 minutes. In the second night they started the same at 10pm but luckily stopped after I called the reception. ”

”Giza Palace is the true definition of luxury stay in Cairo.
It takes you back in time. You are met with beautiful smiles and friendly staff throughout the hotel.
The food experience is one of the best and there are diversity in the cuisines, noting that the hotel has a " Michelin star restaurant ✨" in the hotel.
I've experienced the spa which is again one of the most luxurious experiences in Egypt, despite the services being limited due to its soft opening.

”Fantastic stay in Giza my stay at Comfort Inn Giza was excellent from start to finish. The location is unbeatable, with the Pyramids just a short walk away and an incredible view from the rooftop. The staff were warm, attentive, and very professional. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax after sightseeing. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo and Giza!”
