”تجربتي في هذا الفندق كانت مخيبة جدًا. دفعنا مبلغًا إضافيًا مقابل توفير سرير للأطفال، وكانت الخدمة سيئة جدًا من حيث الجودة والتعامل والتنظيم. لا أنصح بهذا الفندق على الإطلاق ولن أكرر الحجز فيه My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. We were charged an extra fee to provide a bed for children, and the service was very poor in terms of quality, staff attitude, and organization. I do not recommend this hotel at all and will not stay there again”

”We were very satisfied with our stay. As two women traveling together, we felt very safe and comfortable at all times. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive. Mohammed, who took care of us, told us we could call him anytime or easily reach him via WhatsApp, which made everything much easier. The apartment was very clean and well-organized. The kitchen had almost everything you might need. There was a kettle to heat water for tea and coffee, as well as a microwave, refrigerator, and stove....

”Excellent location and service ”

”Very nice stay, good neighborhood, easy access to property. Excellent staff very helpful. Miss Maha and Mr. Ahmed always ready to help and assist. 24/7 front desk . Transportation you should be familiar with transportation apps to use it or you have a car.furniture is good condition and clean. Cleaning services could be requested through front desk. I reserved the 2 bedroom suite and it’s spacious and comfortable good for 3 to 4 or small family. Excellent stay and would repeat it again anytime. ”

”Lovely staff, they were very helpful, food was awesome especially breakfast. Rooms was lovely with a balcony. The swimming pool was great really enjoyed using the pool and chilllng poolside”

”I stayed for two nights. In the first night at 2am they started to drill the walls in the building, impossible to sleep. The drilling continued for about 30 minutes. In the second night they started the same at 10pm but luckily stopped after I called the reception. ”

”bonjour trés belle hotel , le personnel top trés serviable je recommande ,juste en face du grand musée qui est époustouflant et a 4 km des pyramides , surtout que maintenant pourles taxi il y a UBER pour se déplacer et très peu cher ,un grand merci a tout ce personnel au petit soins pour vous le sejouir etait juste formidable”

”Breakfast was offered daily and cooked fresh. The stap was very friendly and helpful. They made sure my wife and i were well taken care of. I would absolutely stay again. The even drove us to the airport upon request. The view of the piromids from the lobby balcony is breathtaking. Its always open and so nice to just sit and see it. I was very happy. thank you!”
