The culture within the staff is of equality and professionalism. I liked how the CEO Mr Mohasin, the owner, Mr Jalal would be as available to the guests as Mai, Saieed, Alwi from the front desk.

”I stayed for two nights. In the first night at 2am they started to drill the walls in the building, impossible to sleep. The drilling continued for about 30 minutes. In the second night they started the same at 10pm but luckily stopped after I called the reception. ”

"Hotel very close to pyramids. Room don’t have a window, You cannot stay at rooftop at evenings if You don’t have a reservation for dinner!! Otherwise view is amazing. Breakfast is big and good!"

We had a big nice room with a magnificient view towards the pyramids - it was really worth!
The pool area was nice and clean with good service. The hotel offered comprehensive buffet every evening, but there were also Italian food like pizzas available.
You couldn’t really walk anywhere from the hotel, but it was easy to move around with Über. Hotell’s wifi worked well. There was special attention on the security, so the hotel felt very safe oasis.
