”Breakfast was so so, room was clean, nice property, they take care of it unlike many other places. I would recommend it, much better than most.”

”In our 1st room we found many ants in our fridge and on the floor. We went to the reception to complain about it as we didn’t want to get them in our luggage. At first they rolled their eyes and said “we have nature very close” but in the end they gave us an ant-free room which was little bit more away from the casino area (less smoke smell). So overall ok hotel quite close to South Lake Tahoe which was our place to go.”

”The staff was attentive, the hotel was quite, we used the pool and gym. The beds were comfortable and my family enjoyed the stay.”

We were unlucky enough to be there at the same time as a soccer tournament and despite clear instructions in the rooms to not leave children unattended they were running up and down the hallway until past 11pm. ”The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”
