”The room was emaculate when I arrived. Bed was very comfy with relaxing pillows. Had a nice night sleep. Happy to see the sheets and laundry were also clean and fresh. If you are looking to watch a game at Anfield..this must be your room of choice. Highly recommend it. Lovely stay. ”

”Arrived 30 minutes before check-in and appreciated we were early. We were told we couldn’t check in as there were others waiting but they would call us when we could and to wait in the bar which is at the reception area. ”This was a really amazing stay. A pretty central position to the city with good style, amenities and such lovely and friendly staff. ”

”Very central location next to shopping area. Room was nice, high ceiling and aircon worked really well. You get some paistries and coffee from the lobby in the morning. Only downside was that you could hear the plumbing too well and there was no really cold water, so I couldn’t take drinking water from the tab.”

”The hotel looks beautiful from afar, but when you look closer, the flaws become obvious. We had booked a luxury double room, but were given a huge room with three double beds. After complaining, we were moved to another room two nights later. The new room also had two double beds, but it felt more comfortable and was definitely cleaner. In the first room there was nowhere to place our luggage (except on the extra beds), the bathroom smelled of mold, and the air conditioning didn’t work...

”The room was okay just didn’t have any heating and a bit loud at night because of the clubs and takes around 20 minutes for the heat up the shower but the rest was all good and close to the city centre i do still recommend ”
