”Service was excellent , but the AC was not the best . It was pretty hot at night even though we set it to 18 Celsius which was the lowest setting . Otherwise, the staff were super nice and very attentive.”

”Overall it was a fantastic two night stay, the staff were excellent, the hotel was perfectly situated within walking distance to everything. The one slight downside was the breakfast situation on the last day, the hotel hosted a wedding party and going down for breakfast at approximately 9ish there wasn’t a table to be had, it felt quite uncomfortable hovering around in the small seating area watching and waiting for a table to become free. However the breakfast offering was worth the wait and...

”Hotel was stylishly decorated and there was a nice vibe created by the layout of the social areas and also by the staff. Room was really comfortable, clean and well thought out, again stylish decor and a spacious bathroom. Nice view across the rooftops to the Liver Building. Staff really engaging and helpful - it’s the staff that make it. Would definitely go back.”

”Very central location next to shopping area. Room was nice, high ceiling and aircon worked really well. You get some paistries and coffee from the lobby in the morning. Only downside was that you could hear the plumbing too well and there was no really cold water, so I couldn’t take drinking water from the tab.”
