”I had an excellent stay from start to finish. The service was truly outstanding—staff were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, with every area well-maintained and spotless. It made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.”

”The reception staff was not that friendly or that welcoming, even at check-in. It’s a nice property but I was just not impressed with their customer service, despite the nightly cost. This isn’t a motel 6, I expected a warm and cheery welcome. I wouldn’t stay here again just based solely on that. I want to come back to places that make me feel welcomed. The only positive is that the cleaning staff was friendly, my room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. My guess is the front desk is over...

”Walls are paper thin, you can hear every little noise from neighboring rooms such as: snoring, kids, people taking a shower etc. There is no bathtub. The staff is very very nice, the location is great, its clean. The main issue is being woken up by someones snoring and every single little noise.”

”Loved the value and the location! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Close to the boat dock and everything you need. It's only 1 block from the only grocery store on the island, Von's! The room was small but cute & next door to the oldest house on the island. The area feels very safe and has a historic vibe. We enjoyed thoroughly.”

”Pros and cons of staying at this hotel: Pros: -close to everything! The beach, restaurants, nightlife, etc. -ocean views were great -twin bed in the room was very comfy -suite has a kitchen (which came in handy for us) Cons: -has an old smell to it in the room - towels were cheap material -mini split was broken so they had a loud portable a/c unit in the room -main bed was very uncomfortable (literally felt like we were sleeping on bed springs) -small cable tv, so we had to watch Netflix...

”Excellent property! The hotel is centrally located in regard to the harbor, shops, and restaurants. In addition, our room was beautiful and very clean, which works for me as I am a bit of a neat freak. :-) However, most importantly, the staff helped in making our experience at the Pavilion Hotel a wonderful occasion!!! They were all so friendly, welcoming, and professional. Thank you again and again.”

”Great bath tub. They provide body scrub ,body butter and a comfy robes. Very clean and great customer service. Roof top area is very nice with a great view. ”

”This is an affordable place in a great location. They will let you leave luggage after your room has expired which is nice. We did have to wait 30 minutes to check in since no one was present at check in time. Overall no complaints really for the price.”

”A beautiful hotel and great location. Pretty flowers and surroundings. The premises are gorgeous. However, no staff on-site. Our keurig was filthy so that was really gross but a clean one was delivered later that day after I texted about it. Our bathroom sink had no hot water after 5 minutes of letting the water run while looking at a sticker on the mirror above the bathroom sink encouraging us to be frugal with our water use. Yikes. It’s a nice enough place, just hoped for better. I won’t...
