”Overall experience was good with easy check in and check out. Small reminder for cleaning staff: there can be towels hanging on the other side of the door. We had previous guests towels there.”

”The room was clean and tidy, with a comfortable bed and quality pillows. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment—I missed fresh vegetables and would have appreciated more than just butter to put on my bread. The breakfast area was crowded every morning, and the space felt quite cramped. The food at the hotel restaurant was poor in quality and didn’t meet expectations. Keep in mind that the hotel sits atop a small hill, which makes the walk from Queenstown’s town centre slightly uphill. ”

”Had a great stay at mi-pad and would absolutely stay here again. Only reason I didn’t stay longer was because I had a rental car and parking is difficult in Queenstown. But loved the room, the bed was very comfortable. Wish there was a bit more natural light, and staff were friendly but could be a bit more welcoming.”

”I enjoyed my stay. Although parking was quite tight. I also was disappointed, because I had an EV, that I wasn't informed that there were charging points available. I only found these by chance. Great location, just put of Queenstown. But nice and close to Airport and good shops nearby. Apartment was well stocked with cutlery.”
