”The property looked like it had recently undergone some renovation and it felt clean. The staff was friendly at check-in and the complementary breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.”

”No one at desk when checking in. No ice on first floor. Long walk to breakfast.”

”Staff were helpful although not really friendly. Lobby, corridors and eating area were very clean. Trash cans on exterior were often overflowing with garbage. Room AC worked but onlyin keeping room from becoming warmer, did not ever get cold enough and constantly ran. Housekeeping was good. This is a dated building with a lot of age.”

”My wife and I spent two nights at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was tasty; nothing really special, but sufficient for our purposes. The rooms were clean and compact Interestingly, the Cedar Rapids area is building some data centers and as a result there are many “workers” who come to CR to work on the construction of these data centers. This hotel takes full advantage of supply/demand and uses “dynamic pricing” to manage this change in demand. ...

”Maintaining quality services”

”We booked a king suite but intentionally did not book an accessible room which was an option. We were "assigned" an accessible room upon arrival and told that "because we booked through a third party" (Expedia) we could not have a non-accessible room as " those were for guests that booked directly with the hotel" when they were overbooked. After much discussion, the manager said that they had found a non-accessible room, but it would not be ready for 30 minutes. We left and returned a little...
