”We had a one night stay. While the facility was clean and the staff was helpful. Our bed was comfortable but the pillows were unsatisfactory. We both woke up with neck pain. We were a little disturbed about the $15.00 parking fee in the parking ramp.”

”Overall clean property with staff who responded with kindness. Highlight was the daily breakfast buffet. Rooms were a little smaller than average but still met my needs. The pool was closed for construction (sad) but there were lots of things to eat/do nearby, as well as shopping options.”

”Air conditioning was very odd. You couldn’t just set it to cold. If the temp got below the temp set, the heat would turn on instead of just turning the air off. So the room was constantly changing between warm and cool. Beds were comfortable. Staff were all friendly. Hotel was overall very nice. Would stay again.”

”We got the worst room in the hotel! Booked our room late afternoon for same night arrival. Got to the hotel @ 9:30pm. Parking lot not full. Front desk attendant was courteous. Gave us a room on the 2nd floor next to the elevator. @ 4:00am the elevator got active and continued loudly the rest of our stay. Loud even with earplugs in! ”I wish I had caught her name, but the lady that checked us in was amazing. Friendly, personable, helpful, and prompt. Breakfast was decent, typical continental options but also some healthy toppings for oatmeal offered. My only feedback is that the indoor pool was freezing. Not sure if the heater was out, or if they just don’t have one, but was definitely too cold for our kids.”

”Terrible stay, we had two rooms both toilets kept flushing all night, staff said that was normal. The ac unit was ridiculously loud. Rooms were not clean just looked and felt dirty, literal hair all on the shower, stuck to the curtain on and in the toilet. Beds were at least hairless we think, but we all slept on top of everything. and there were kids running up and down the halls starting at 6 am we couldn’t sleep at all. And cleaning people were literally at our doors waiting by 10am when...

”The hotel and room were great. When I found I had been upgraded to a room that I didn't expect, the front desk person assured me that I would only be charged for what I had paid for through Expedia. ”That was the most worst place in cedar rapids that I have ever been in the room had stuff still on the floor there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling like it had leaked and it looked moldy and dirty and nasty there was a ring around the bathtub and then I go to go to the pool to go swimming get in the pool and it is freezing freezing cold even though it was really nice out but this water was so cold it's like somebody dropped ice cubes in there and there are bugs flies gnats and food in the pool...
