”Want to get hotel catfished then book here! I’m sure at one time this place was a 4star hotel, but that was prob 15+ yrs ago when they originally took the hotel photos. I paid for the master suite (which I did not get), the room door could be opened with any key and even a coin (trust me I have videos!) The beach and surrounding areas was heavily covered in trash and heavy seaweed. I understand not all hotels clean the seaweed but at least attempt to clean the trash and love the ocean smh. Don’t...

”Excellent service, well located ; An ideal place for tourists who like nature, walk and enjoy the outdoors. A walking distance of Cenotes. Amazing staff, easier to move if you take the "collective" super cheap instead of taxis. ”
