”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”

”This hotel was a beautiful, quiet oasis. The staff was wonderful, our bed was super comfortable and it felt more like a private condo than a hotel. If the big, all-inclusive hotels are too touristy for you, this could be a great choice. We felt very safe here, the hotel is on a private road with a guard shack so limited traffic and easy to walk along daily. There's a beautiful cenote just a few minutes walk away. Keep in mind, being outside the main hotel zone food options are limited to a few...

”We had a great stay here. Super friendly staff, professional, attentive, everything is clean and spotless. The FREE buffet breakfast is really decent and has a wide range of food. You can easily find American breakfast or Mexican style chilaquiles with eggs cooked to order. Bed is not really comfortable and we asked for some blankets but it is not a big problem. ”Secrets was great. Service over the top. Good food, clean facilities. DO NOT BOOK TRANSPORTATION recommended by hotel. Amstar left us waiting 1.5 hrs at airport. If you look at Amstar reviews they're terrible. An employee told me, you can't expect us to be perfect.”

”Ventilator wasn't enough to cool the tent and was very lound (when it was on one could not hear the sounds of the jungle). Cenotes were lovely, we enjoyed especially the fish spa. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. There was no white wine in the restaurant, but I think it was a temporary problem 😊”
