”Awesome customer service by Arturo and his team members Miguel and kitchen staff, cleaning staff.Food service very healthy and on point. Kitchen staff did everything to make us pleasant. Swimming pool team fantastic job with maintenance. Overall the best place for quiet time and very attentive. The place is fully covered with cool vibes. Highly recommend this place. We are coming back again with 7 friends next year. ”

”Ventilator wasn't enough to cool the tent and was very lound (when it was on one could not hear the sounds of the jungle). Cenotes were lovely, we enjoyed especially the fish spa. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. There was no white wine in the restaurant, but I think it was a temporary problem 😊”

”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”
