”Great stay and great hotel staff.”

”Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. ”

”Another great stay at Teetotum, always enjoyable ”

”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”

”A rare time when the pictures line up with reality. Our stay was very nice. The place is well run and only a couple years old. The food was great. There weren't many people staying there since we went in slow season (July) so it felt very mellow and private. The beach was full of seaweed so we couldn't swim, but we expected that so it wasn't a disappointment. The beach is very calm and shallow. Excellent location near everything. No more than a 15 minute drive to most of our activities. Highly...

”This property was amazing. The grounds were incredibly manicured and lush. Cute picture opportunities, very romantic. The food was good with the French restaurant being the best meal we had. Consistent service . Preferred club concierge was very attentive. Rooms were gorgeous! We took advantage of both the tub on the balcony and inside the room after a full day on the beach. The musical entertainers were outstanding throughout the resort. There was a lot of activities and we did find it a little...

”Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Quiet, serene, definitely a vibe worth experiencing. The staff is overly friendly and helpful. If I only had to have one complaint is that while not healthy, the TV doesn't really work because of the poor Wi-Fi. Mostly just for feedback purposes but most people don't want a TV on this type of vacation.”

”We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!”
