”Wir hatten Villa de Rosa als “sleepover” Hotel geplant, um am nächsten Tag früh am Morgen zu nächsten Aktivitäten weiter zu reisen. Weshalb wir einen Raum zum Pool gebucht hatten. Wir wurden vom Hotel Manager empfangen und er stellte uns den Raum vor, den wir gebucht hatten. Alles gut, aber er hatte eine Überraschung vor uns und wir bekamen einen Upgrade zur einem ocean view Studio mit dining room, living room, Küche und Terasse in einem Raum. Schlafzimmer und Bad extra. ”Wonderful resort with great staff and not overcrowded. The morning Buffett is delicious with varied choices of Mexican and American foods, if not so adventurous.
The staff is friendly and have that warm welcoming Mexican ‘bienvenido a nuestra casa’ attitude.
The beach is quiet and very private. The Conrad has great beautifully landscaped walking paths. If you’re lucky you might see the local wildlife.
Never a problem with the AC or WiFi. If you need tv viewing there’s plenty of options. I...
”Tanto el check In como el check Out fueron muy rápidos y muy eficientes lo único que nos costó un poquito de trabajo es que nuestra habitación a diferencia de otras no tenía Frigo bar, todos los refrescos y las bebidas que dejan estaban a la intemperie, pero lo más importante es que como traíamos un medicamento que tiene que estar refrigerado, tuvimos que estar hablando en la recepción para que ellos lo conservarán fresco”

”Now this is the type of resort that means what they say: ALL INCLUSIVE. When I say that everything was amazing, it was--from concierge service (Francisco & Gerardo specifically) to room service (Lorenzo)to the dining options and customer service (Francisco that worked at Seaside Grill & Himitsu) to the entertainment provided by Lina. I HIGHLY recommend that when choosing your suite--get the swim out, you will NOT regret it! ”
”Eduardo and all of the staff were super friendly. The room and bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen has everything you need to cook. Restaurants and stores are within walking distance. You can rent a bicycle to go to the South side of the overpass to the lagoon. ”

The Yellow Nest provided just that, a total disconnect with the perks of a fantastic staff and fabulous location. ”Ventilator wasn't enough to cool the tent and was very lound (when it was on one could not hear the sounds of the jungle).
Cenotes were lovely, we enjoyed especially the fish spa.

”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”
