”Nice property. The food was average, but better than other all-inclusive resorts I’ve tried. Great service and very friendly staff. The only issue was that they wasted half of our day trying to sell their travel packages. There was one lady on their sales team who was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude when we declined their “promotion package”. ”

”Ventilator wasn't enough to cool the tent and was very lound (when it was on one could not hear the sounds of the jungle). Cenotes were lovely, we enjoyed especially the fish spa. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. There was no white wine in the restaurant, but I think it was a temporary problem 😊”

”This place was sublime - beautiful garden and natural pool, roomy huts with screened porches, lovely helpful owner, just a few kilometers from Akumel beach and 30 km from Tulum ruins in a quiet, out of the way location. I’m sorry I was only staying one night. ”

”The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect. It is quiet and super relaxing. The breakfast was amazing, lots of choice! I really recommend this stop far away from the noise!”

You'll be sharing the space with beautiful wildlife, be prepared for a real jungle experience. We stayed in the villa with a private cenote-water pool and a lovely outside patio perfect for evening reading. Be advised: there are no TVs, which is exactly the point! The continuous sounds of the jungle provided the most relaxing...

The butlers were so friendly and very eager to help. I had an awesome massage and the spa is clean and has a great ambiance. Spectacular resort, very clean and clearly very well kept. Will recommend to everyone i know!!!”

”An isolated tropical paradise hotel. Lovely beach, good restaurant, nice rooms. Taxi trip to Tulum takes about 10-15 minutes, but the village at least is not worth while. Tulum beach is nice but if i would stay at this hotel again, I would not leave the hotel. Perfect place for relaxation.”
