”I was disappointed that I had to ask for everything to be in my room. Then I had to go and pick it up. Only one of everything in the room. If I needed anything extra I had to go and pick it up! They were awesome about extending my stay due to weather! Definitely great for that!”

”We had 3 adults so one of us was sleeping on sofa. Sofa was not suitable for good sleep! In other hotels nowadays the sofas are almost as good as beds, but here the wires felt very hard. If we had travelled as couple, the room was good, but the smell ... it was bad. Maybe it was because some pet ? a dog? lucky that I am not allergic ... the breakfast was one apple, one muffin and coffee...and I was happy with that. the price/quality ok”

”Ok so the room wasn’t bad ! Location wasn’t bad ! Right off freeway !!!! So very easy to get right back on and keep traveling ! A short distance to light rail . Bed was comfy , room was clean , bathroom was good . Water pressure was just ok ! But the one thing that was a big issue was the smell out side the hotel . Omgosh it stuck soooooo bad . Like to the point of wanting to puke . I had to send my kid and friend into hotel so they wouldn’t get sick . I was able to stand it and unload the...
