”The staff couldn't find my Expedia reservation so I paid with a different card and when I checked out the next day the money I paid Expedia triggered and I basically paid twice and everyone I've contacted at Expedia and Courtyard by Marriott St cloud has done nothing to help to return the money that by the way was almost $30 over what I paid when I made the reservation through Expedia. This has been an absolute nightmare dealing with your staff.”

”Big guy at the front desk was not very friendly, while all other staff we encountered were great. Breakfast was typical microwaved food, but the grandkids always love the waffles.”

”The bed was not comfortable, the staff this morning was in the back room on her phone. There was no meat on the breakfast. The coffee machine was broken, the hot tub was out of order. The room was great though!!”

”It would have been great if they would have put on the Website for the property and on Expedia that the pool was going to be closed for painting. We checked before we booked and checked when we got to the property and it was not posted. The night counter petson was very rude when asked about it and said it is posted on the front counter and was very rude about the situation. ”

”The room was a smoking room which i picked, but as soon as you open the door, you got hit with a strong but stale smell of weed. It was so strong that i checked out at 11:15pm after checking in at about 5. Ive stayed at this place before and it was fine, so it may have just been this room as it was the first time i stayed in a smoking room. ”

”Stay away from room 430 as it is the farthest from the front desk and closest to the highway. Very noisy all night long. Had not experienced this in my numerous stays at this hotel. Otherwise, it is fine.”

”Better than average continental breakfast, everything was fresh and staff was attentive at keeping things stocked. Rooms were clean. Bathroom and shower were clean, but starting to show some aging. Overall it was a good value for the price.”

”Bar/pizza spot was perfect! Amazing staff great selection. Breakfast area in hotel was super small with minimal seating-lots of sports teams so it took along time. Our a/c unit went out in the middle of the night! Super frustrating when we had to leave for a game at 720am. When we checked out at 11 my husband told the front desk and they made a comment that we should have told the when it happened! Very frustrating”

”Clean rooms, friendly staff. Some of the other guests staying there were rude and inconsiderate as to yelling and stomping up and down hallways late in night. Evidently they were in town for a game with their children abd just let them run wild! Manager tried to help.”

”Good parking, clean room and very friendly knowledgeable staff. ”

”Overall it was a great stay, with the pool open till midnight and waffles in the morning! But the hot tub was not hot and smelled a bit strange. The pool was very large and a nice temp. Everything was clean and it was a quick checkin. I used Expedia and found a good price compared to other hotels in St Cloud. Was surprised that 3 messages came from the property before my stay welcoming me and reminding me of the stay but it was nice to be contacted confirming. ”

”The property is clearly in the state being remodeled, which is a good thing. The manager working when I arrived was very helpful and kind; she was very attentive to our needs and wanted to make our stay positive. Once she’s done with the remodel, it will be a very nice establishment while she’s in charge. ”
