”This beautiful ocean-front unit had everything we needed for our stay. We loved having the murphy bed so we could turn the bedroom into a full living room during the day. But sitting out on the lanai and looking over Napili Bay was the best. Being at Napili Shores is just a wonderful experience and since we honeymooned there 40 years ago, we have been back 11 times to be THERE! This unit also had everything you possibly would want for the beach! Great hosts that stayed in touch. Mahalo!”

”Small unit but worked great for our travels since we were mostly out all day and needed a nice comfortable room to sleep in. Communication with owner was quick and prompt. It was really helpful that there were amenities like the mini fridge and microwave as well as extra things to utilize for the beach. Parking was super convenient which is a really nice plus. The area around is also convenient to walk through and full of shops, local grocery store, and restaurants/bars.”

”We enjoy the location of the Papakea Resort and have stayed there a few times. We enjoyed our stay. The living area was comfortable and clean. There were several beach items (chairs, umbrellas etc) available for our use. The bathroom, specifically the shower area, was a bit dingy and in need of an update. Facility and service falling apart
"A very underwhelming experience. A property whose glory days are behind it. We got a message a few days in advance that the air conditioning will be out of order until June. Not a big deal, but it left a sour taste that the attendant in check-in told us "I just heard that the air conditioniong in your room is out of order". Later we found out that also the laundry room and the gym were out of order as they had experienced a fire of the electricity system. Lack of transperency is disappointing. We stayed 4 nights, and were told there would be cleaning service only every 3 days. After 3 nights the room was not done. I asked about it and the attendant promised to have it done. No-one ever came and no-one ever said anything about it. When I checked out I mentioned it and the answer was literally a shrug. No-one seems to care about anything. I´ve been trying to think of something positive to say. Let´s go with that the butterfish in the restaurant was tasty."
