âThe hotel itself is good not great. But for the price, it is outstanding. The highlights were that the bed/pillows were very comfortable and shower head was one of the best I âve had at a hotel. Also, the young woman at the front desk to check me was very friendly. Iâll definitely be returning when I need to stay in Queens again.â

âThe ânewly builtâ hotel is dirty inside and out. People are smoking marijuana in the hallways and staff donât care. The rooms are bare bones and dirty as well. Donât planning on sleeping since the noise inside the hotel is constant. â

âWe reserved (based on pictures) nice looking hotel.
Reality was that this is not hotel, itâs motel. Even the reseption admitted that the hotel description is wrong, their establishment is motel.
We wanted to cancel the reservation due to totally wrong information. Reseptionist claimed that we should have asked more pictures before reservation.
Best Western has forgotten to add motel picturesâ
