"4 star hotel? Never, maybe a 2 stars. First we got a room that was clearly a smokingroom: there was a ashtray and it smelled. Then we asked for another room and got a room next to it: again a smokingroom, or it had been. Man at the reception was rude when we asked another room. And he clearly knows ..."

"We were not informed the hotel was under renovation. We had rooms in floor 2 and it was full of dust and messy. It was hard to breathe even in the room. In the morning we both had terrible headache. Luckily we only had one night in the hotel. Breakfast was nice."
