”I found the staff very friendly and helpful. On my first night the weather was awful and sadly the room had a few leaks. I informed the staff the next morning to make them aware. Water damage is not good. They immediately asked if my suitcase was ok and asked if I needed anything drying. They then proceeded to move me to a lovely big room, which was lovely and very spacious 😀”

”The lodge was in a nice secluded position with its own parking. It was comfortable with modern specs, decor, a comfortable sitting area and bed with plenty of room for a travel cot. Within walking distance to the lovely restaurant. Had a lovely stay with my hubby, thank you.”

”Our stay was perfect all the way from the initial, warm greeting from Pattra, to the wonderful room, a lovely Thai dinner and, then, a peaceful night’s sleep and an excellent breakfast. We can offer no improvements. Just thank you for a great visit. It also has a great location-just around the corner from the Castle!”

”Lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Room was immaculately clean with very new fixtures and fittings.
Food was simply amazing both for evening meal and breakfast.
Plenty of parking.
Ideal location for peace and quiet.
Highly recommended and will definitely stay again the next time I am working in the area.”

”We stayed at the property for 3 days and loved it. Mike and Carrie who own this property are a fabulous host and they made sure our stay is fully comfortable. My boys loved it when they chocolates on the day we were climbing the Snowdon mountain. The property is situated at a very good location not far from Betws-y-coed and the great part is Mike and Carrie have so well maintained the original character of this manor. We 100% recommend staying at this place.”

”I really loved the quite night and the amazing sun rise from my room with the beach view and the hills. The breakfast is very good and tasty. I would like to just highlight to pay more attention to small details in regarding the cleaning., but overall a nice experience. Thank you.”

”We were late for arrival and Jo was wonderful in welcoming us. Clean, comfortable, and free public parking. Amazing castle nearby which was beautifully lit up at night. Wish we had known about it as we would have planned to stay longer than one night. ”
