”This was our first time to visit Turks. So, we did lots and lots of research and searching for just the right property. We chose this unit because of its location within Grace Bay, its floor plan, and that it was a walkout to the beach. Our family of 5 fit wonderfully in the unit with lots of room to spare. The pictures dont do the property justice. There is a lot more space than the pictures suggest. The beds, linens and pillows were 5 star hotel quality. The kitchen was wonderfully...

”We loved staying at the Calabash Suite and the RWI resort. Suite had excellent location on second floor in oceanfront building, with a nice covered balcony. We loved the corner location overlooking the beautiful grounds. It is nicely decorated with thoughtful amenities. The owner was great to deal with - very responsive. It made for a wonderful vacation at RWI!”

”From the start, Leigh welcomed my girlfriend and I with comfort and assurance. Her place is just amazing and I would highly recommend choosing this beautiful condo if you plan on coming to Turks. Most all excursions will come right to shore out front so you don't have to taxi anywhere. The waters have its own snorkeling and just a 20 min walk in either direction on the beach to other resturants. We will be coming back.”

”This condo in Villa Renaissance was spectacular! Beautiful inside and out, super close to the main part of town and all the restaurants, could walk out right onto the beach. We spent much time on the balcony overlooking Grace Beach and it's beauty. Comfy beds and awesome daily cleaning service. We would definitely want to stay here again! If you have 2 couples staying here, let them know and they will put the 2 twin beds in the second bedroom together before you arrive. Also, beautiful warm pool...

”The unit is as described. Love the proximity of Coral Gardens to the beach and water and having a restaurant onsite. The location is great as it on Grace Bay but not in the heart of all the shops and traffic. If you like to snorkel, having the reef right out front is extremely convenient. ”We had an amazing stay at Anna’s - when we arrived she had us set up with a travel crib and daybed for our 3 and 1 yr olds in an alcove off the kitchen that fit them perfectly and allowed us to have use of the entire apartment when they slept. The space is very comfortable with a quiet balcony, beautiful and big bathroom, stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedroom/ living room. The staff on hand was helpful with free bikes to rent to get about town and grocery shop, a contact we could text with...

”this was our 3rd year in villa 308. the location of the property is perfect, you can walk anywhere you need to go (restaurants, grocery store, coffee, etc). the pool is never over crowded and the beach is lovely. villa renaissance doesn’t have all the frills of the fancy hotels it’s surrounded by but it’s perfect for families or those looking for a more simple getaway.”

”Wow wow wow. This rental exceeded my expectations! Peter was very communicative and helpful throught the process. From the airport, finding the property was so easy, and it felt very secure with gated access. The condo itself was so clean and clearly well cared for. Having all the beach gear was so helpful, we were able to pack it up in our rental car and explore different beaches on the island. Just a short walk from the condo is a public beach access area that was so peaceful, hardly anyone...

”Besides the construction, which I was saddened it blocked the sunset, overall the property was amazing. It had everything we needed and what we didn't have Tyler was sure to assist and try his best to accommodate. There were places to eat within walking distance with Somewhere onsite, it was average. The snorkeling was amazing and many activities within walking distance. Grace Bay was an inexpensive taxi ride and one day was enough. We would definitely return.”

”My family stayed in a two bedroom condo. Both bedrooms were King and had access to a bathroom. The apartment was clean, had a kitchen and was close to the pool and the beach. The beach is on Grace Bay which has the most gorgeous turquoise color and has small waves and the water is temperate. Best of all plenty of seating at both the pool and beach. The location is walkable to shopping and restaurants.”

”LOVED this property overall, plus Dana & Scott are so responsive and helped with anything we needed. The beach where this property is located is one of the best beaches on the island, in my opinion. We also saw other folks coming back day after day to this beach, even though they were staying at other locations on the island. Pool was great for our kids, the location can't be beat, and it was an AMAZING vacation overall. We also appreciated having local vendors for food and beverage options...

”Was a wonderful experience. The pool was wonderful and the beach is only a half a block away. There were toys for the kids to use in the pool. In addition there were paddle boards and kayaks for use in the bay. The bedrooms were spacious. The main living area was wonderful. The dining room table sat 12 people. Would definitely recommend Palm Jewel to others.”
