”Property was fine, had everything needed. Communication was terrible though. I tried contacting on many occasions and received nothing. No check in details provided and had to phone to get them.”

”Heerlijke omgeving, gezellige sfeer, bijzonder vriendelijke mensen en heerlijk eten!”

”This place was spectacular!! We wish would could have stayed longer!! The cottage was beautifully done, the staff was so kind, and how cool to have sheep and cows right out our front door!! We highly recommend staying here and we will be back!!!”

”Lovely room, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking. Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - good for walking into town and loved that there was a map showing us how to get there by avoiding the main road. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for our stay.”

”Beautiful place to stay. Would highly recommend. Staff were friendly and dinner in the restaurant was so good the first night we went again on our second.”

”My stay at Buxton Crescent Hotel was pleasant and relaxing. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my visit. Breakfast was delicious, well-organized, and offered a wonderful dining experience. The hospitality and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciated the excellent service and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel. I look forward to visiting again!”

”Outside pictures in hotels.com aren’t from the hotel. This was a shock when we entered the hotel. However rooms were okay, very clean and service was excellent. Restaurant was okay.”

”Excellent location, shops and amenities on the doorstep. Clean, tidy room with good setting to make your stay comfortable as possible.”

”We would go back.”

”Ihan kiva hotelli, mutta vähän väsynyt ja pölyinen.”

”Very disappointing. Room was cold and tv not working. Left voicemail for contact twice but received no response. Had to put spare duvet on top of bed. The fact that this spare duvet was in the wardrobe perhaps indicates that the lack of heat is a continuing problem. Internet was intermittent and difficult to get. Towels very hard - suggest you take your own.”

”Absolutely beautiful hotel set in gorgeous grounds. On arrival I joked with my husband that we were probably in an attic room 😄 and we were! but despite the stairs the room was great, big enough with a great bed. Cleanliness was excellent and bathroom huge with great fluffy towels, staff on reception were so pleasant and friendly both day and night. Breakfast hot and plentiful with choices for everyone. Will definitely stay again but perhaps in a ground floor room 😀”

”Loved this place, very welcoming, excellent and attentive service with a bit of humour thrown in! Super rooms which were spotless and well maintained. Very generous vegetarian breakfast which was very tasty! Would highly recommend.”

”The staff was extremely friendly. The place was cosy and convenient, on great location. You can get there easily by public transport and all the best hikes, nature atteactions in the area are reacheable by foot. ”
