”Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. The room needed some tlc. Paintwork very shabby. The bathroom was very poky and not very clean. The toilet had nasty staining in the pan and the...

”Great stay and no noise considering the proximity of the airport! Great breakfast provided from 4am (although I would have appreciated more protein eg eggs but at least there was yoghurt and seeds).”

”Do not stay in the tower suite - they do not clean the room before you check in. Bugs in the bed, on the floor, up the walls. You have to keep the light off to stop the bugs swarming you. Hairs in the bed. Room is like a sauna and way too hot to sleep in, regardless of how many fans the hotel gave you. The shower handle also gets stuck so the water can run into the bedroom. Normal rooms are ok - better than a hot, dirty room with bugs.”

”Room was good, bed comfy, shower worked well. It’s in the middle of town so there is some noise, especially on a Saturday night, but to be expected. Checking in was easy although it would have been helpful to have two room keys. The woman on the desk did not seem entirely in the same world as everyone else. Parking can be a problem but usually can park in town square (which you need to pay for, either in cash/card or by downloading the local app). Place fairly clean, tables for breakfast...
