”Great location for park and ride into Bath. We stayed in the main building-this was a mistake. It was noisy-the annex (where we have stayed before) is much better. Our room had a great view of the race course but unfortunately was directly above the kitchen. Kitchen smells and noise drifted up and on one occasion very loud music from the kitchen. ”Nice one night stay in the hotel which is well situated for the city down the hill. Room and bathroom a decent size and tidy. Useful guide to Bath mag in room. Car park holds decent number of cars on site which is very handy. Very good cooked breakfast cooked to order. Building is attractive and has a bar though did not use that. Would recommend it”

”The room and circulation areas were well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptional ; they could not do enough for all guests and were very attentive / helpful in all respects . The hotel is situated in a quiet and very convenient location . We had the breakfast every morning of our stay and found the quality very good with a wide range of choice.”

”The highlight was the breakfast which could be improved a light further by lowering the volume of the background music to be less intrusive, removal of cobwebs and the staff being quieter when clearing and setting tables. The room was good, quiet and warm though the bathroom would have benefited from a shelf for toiletries. The room we were in had no windows, which probably kept the sounds levels down, and was at the top of two flights of stairs. The property is within easy reach of Bath...

”The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean, comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. Beds were very comfortable and towels were very plush. The bus stop at the bottom of the hill was also very convenient to get into the centre of Bath.”

”Great stay just after Christmas. Check-in times are limited, but it was very easy to get in following the instructions. Room and the whole hotel was really nicely furnished and decorated with good taste. Everything was clean. Breakfast was also really good with different varieties to order. Peaceful location with about 10 min walk to the city center. Can highly recommend this hotel.”

”Room 12, ground floor front on a very, very quiet street was spacious with a comfortable queen bed. The shower was tiny but did its job. The continental breakfast was superb--lots of choices, all of excellent quality. Very pleasant staff.”

”The staff were great, really friendly, happy to help, chatty and gave us a nice evening. Really pretty setting, we could watch the water from our room, the room itself was really nicely decorated, we had cute dog themed touches, nice and clean, we couldn’t say anything bad about it. ”

Am Eingang Container mit Müll und ungepflegt (Bepflanzung am Haus,Müll am Parkplatz). Empfang bei Ankunft alles andere als freundlich, abgefertigt und arrogant.
