Beautiful lobby! Cozy fireplace and sitting area. Room was clean and warm. Reception greeted us warmly. Breakfast was more than the usual fare. A haven in the snowstorm! Lovely place. Would definitely stay there again.

Main area of the hotel we’re really well done and upscale. Rooms while clean were fairly dated and could use a facelift. Staff was very nice and helpful

Check in staff was absolutely terrific! Great customer service! She was thorough but didn’t speak too fast instead relayed all pertinent info for my stay in a conversational manner with politeness. Room was great.
