We ate there in the evening and the meal was delicious and good value for Money. We paid for the large breakfast, but I'm sure a regular one would have been more than enough. ”Liked the free weekend parking , ease of check in although bit later than anticipated ( nothing to do with guesthouse) room was fine, and we were informed by staff re the likelihood of some noise due to a live band performing in the pub, we were aware of exterior noise but it was not overly loud and didnt prevent sleep. Plenty of stairs to navigate as room 11 is on top floor but otherwise a pleasant overnight stop. Suited our purpose as close to Seven Kings station on the Elizabeth Line just 5...

”This is the 3rd time staying and yet again it was great, no matter the number of nights you need to stay you will not be disappointed. ”Horndon on the Hill is a picturesque village and the Bell is a delightful pub and hotel. The rooms are comfortable, clean and quiet and in a pretty setting. My only gripe was breakfast which can work out really expensive. Toast and jam is £4.10, a 'Variety' pack cereal £2.50 and tea £2.50. My breakfast cost £17.10 and it could have been more.”
